Miles Kabilito Magoola

I am completing the first official issue of a series of zines discussing Black, Trans, and Femme artistry within the music industry and pop culture! These zines feature the STUDIO KABILITO mascot team of 4, with the first zine focused on Momo, a Black American trans woman who loves fashion and show-stopper performances. This issue will join her in celebrating trans femme artists of and before our time, with Momo-focused mini comics and illustrations strewn about the commentary. The zine will have a spring theming that will match a brand new collection of handmade (crochet and woodworking) accessories, and the zine will also be used as a platform to spread awareness for and financially support communities similar to the intersectional spaces Momo navigates.
