Kristal Adams

Kristal Adams is a multi-hyphenate creative force and executive bridging the gap between comedy, culture, and graphic storytelling. As the Co-Owner of FairSquare Graphics, she works alongside her husband and business partner, Fabrice Sapolsky, to champion underrepresented voices and ""Squarely"" promote diversity in the comic book industry.
Central to her creative portfolio is her acclaimed comic book, Mutiny: Black Girl Magik. Through this project, Kristal explores the intersection of identity and power, weaving a narrative that is as culturally resonant as it is visually striking. Her work on the page is mirrored by her innovation on the stage; as the founder and producer of Astigmatism Comedy, she pioneered the "Laughter & Literature" format, hosting star-studded New York lineups that pair elite stand-up with live author Q&As.
Whether she is managing global operations, scripting the next chapter of the Mutiny saga, or performing at legendary venues, Kristal's work is defined by her sharp wit, strategic mind, and relentless commitment to authentic storytelling.
